Advice Proposition Consultant – Regulatory & Process Change (Contract)
Swindon (hybrid, 2-3 days on site) | 6 months
A large UK financial advice business is starting delivery of a major change programme across its adviser network. The board has approved implementation, and they need experienced advice specialists to help make it work in practice for advisers.
The role
- Define new advice processes and the regulatory requirements behind them.
- Work with the programme team on supporting systems, adviser communications and contractual changes.
- Lead the rollout to advisers: explain what’s changing and help them adopt it.
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on advice experience. Ideally you are a former adviser who has moved into proposition, process or regulatory work.
- A background in wealth, mortgages or platforms.
- A track record on large delivery or change programmes in financial services.
- Regulatory knowledge you have actually applied, including FCA-facing work if possible.
- Credibility with advisers.
The detail
- Initial 6-month contract, Inside IR35.
- Swindon-based, 2-3 days a week on site.
- Immediate start preferred, but 4 weeks’ notice can be accommodated.
