Senior Casualty Claims Specialist
An A-Rated specialty insurance carrier is looking for an experienced commercial casualty professional to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling primary CGL claims, with experience managing litigated matters, evaluating coverage, and driving claims through resolution. Ideal Candidate Backgrounds:
- 7+ years of complex casualty experience
- Experience drafting coverage letters, evaluating liability and damages, and establishing appropriate reserves
- Proven ability to manage litigated claims, work closely with defense counsel, and resolve matters through mediation, settlement, or trial
- Bachelors degree required; J.D. preferred
