For my client in the financial Industry, I am looking for a Senior Full-Stack Java Developer ASAP.
This is more than a hands-on development role. You’ll play a key part in coaching an international development team, improving code quality, and helping deliver modern cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and OpenShift.
What do they offer?
- 50 percent on site attendance, Monday is the fixed onsite team day
- Freelance until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension
What You’ll Do

Design and develop responsive Angular front-end applications.

Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.

Deploy cloud-native applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes.

Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
-
Review code quality and promote secure coding best practices.
-
Coach and mentor junior offshore developers remotely via Microsoft Teams.

Support architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
Your Profile

Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.

Excellent knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.

Extensive experience with OpenShift and containerized environments.

Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.

Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

Previous experience within Financial Services or Banking is a strong plus.

A natural coach who enjoys mentoring developers and improving development quality.

Strong communication skills and fluent English.
