SENIOR PRICING MANAGER | P&C INSURANCE | FRANCE

Ready to take ownership of pricing strategy and lead the transformation of a major French insurance portfolio?
I’m currently supporting a fast-scaling international insurance business looking for an exceptional Senior Pricing Manager to lead a team of 7 pricing specialists and data scientists.
This is far more than a technical pricing role. You’ll own the pricing strategy for the French market, lead a high-performing team, and play a pivotal role in transforming and integrating multiple insurance portfolios.
THE ROLE
You’ll take end-to-end responsibility for pricing across Motor, Home & Travel, balancing profitability, growth, customer needs and market competitiveness.
You’ll:
- Define and execute the French pricing strategy
* Lead, coach and develop a team of 7 pricing specialists & data scientists
* Drive profitability across New Business and Renewals
* Transform and streamline pricing processes
* Use data, testing and competitor benchmarking to drive better decisions
* Work closely with international teams and local insurance stakeholders
* Play a key role in the integration and transformation of multiple portfolios
WHO ARE YOU?
An experienced P&C pricing leader / actuary who combines strong technical expertise with commercial thinking and genuine leadership capability.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
✅ 5-7+ years of pricing experience within an established insurance business
✅ Strong Motor pricing expertise – mandatory
✅ Proven people management / team leadership experience
✅ Commercially astute, genuinely curious and motivated to make a difference
✅ Experience working in an international / matrix environment
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Fluent French & English
