Senior Technology Leader – Lucerne – Permanent – Hybrid

I’m supporting an exciting Swiss technology organisation that is looking for a Senior Technology Leader to take ownership of complex client environments.
The role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, people and client management. You would have responsibility across multiple Agile teams and Product Owners, with a strong focus on resource planning, delivery, stakeholder management and ensuring priorities stay aligned with the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating multiple Agile teams and Product Owners
- Owning resource, capacity and delivery planning across teams
- Managing dependencies, risks, priorities and delivery across short- and longer-term horizons
- Acting as a senior point of contact for clients and managing escalations
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across technology and the business
- Improving delivery structures, ways of working and team effectiveness
- Ensuring teams remain focused and aligned to business-critical objectives
About You
They’re looking for someone who has led multiple teams and is comfortable operating across technology, delivery and client management.
Strong SAFe/Agile experience, resource and capacity planning, and the confidence to deal directly with senior clients are important.
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams and Product Owners
- Strong SAFe/Agile experience
- Experience with resource, capacity and delivery planning
- Strong stakeholder and client management experience
- Confident managing senior client escalations
- Strong understanding of delivery structures and ways of working
- German and English are mandatory
- French is an advantage
