(Senior) UXUI Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process across multiple digital platforms and applications, from user research and discovery through to wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery.
  • Partner closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and fellow designers to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify improvement opportunities and enhance user experiences.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with brand standards and design systems.
  • Present design concepts, recommendations, and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across digital channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Advocate for user-centred design principles and contribute to the evolution of design best practices within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally working on complex digital products, platforms, or multi-channel applications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the full design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on user experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing business objectives and user needs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both Cantonese and English is required.
