We are thrilled to announce a significant opening on behalf of our esteemed client in the Insurance sector. We are seeking a highly analytical and capable Strategy Analyst to join the Change Management department on a contract basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze corporate strategies to determine their efficacy and align them with organizational objectives.
- Generate insightful analysis and reports that help in guiding decisions on strategic change initiatives.
- Facilitate the implementation and monitoring of change management strategies.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication and understanding of strategic changes.
- Provide support and advisory to senior management regarding strategic direction and changes.
Key Skills
- In-depth knowledge of corporate strategy within the Insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
