The Opportunity
This role provides the opportunity to work on long-term engagements with a single client at a time, allowing you to become deeply embedded within their tax organization. Rather than managing multiple engagements simultaneously, you’ll work alongside tax leadership and key decision-makers, helping drive strategic initiatives and deliver meaningful business impact.
Think of it as a “try before you buy” approach to industry-gaining firsthand experience within sophisticated corporate tax functions while maintaining the support, development, and career progression of an advisory firm.
What You’ll Be Working On
Depending on the engagement, projects may include:
- Federal and state tax compliance
- ASC 740 tax provision and reporting
- Tax process improvement and transformation initiatives
- M&A tax support and transaction-related projects
- Tax technology and automation initiatives
- Strategic tax planning and advisory projects
- Cross-functional collaboration with finance, accounting, and executive leadership teams

Ideal Background
- Public accounting tax experience
