On behalf of our esteemed client, a leading player in the Insurance industry, we are seeking a highly skilled and proficient Business Analyst for a temporary position in their Change Management department. This role is critical in driving the digital transformation of broker services by analyzing business processes and facilitating the adoption of new digital tools and strategies.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements related to digital services for brokers.
- Design and document workflows and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
- Identify and address gaps in existing digitalization processes and propose improvements.
- Evaluate key performance indicators, ensuring they match the improved processes, thus achieving the desired outcomes effectively.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to guide brokers through new system adoptions and updates.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across all project levels, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals at all organizational levels.
