Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, versatile Learning & Development (L&D) / Change Management Consultant for one of the biggest Insurance firms in the world. This position sits entirely on the “people side” of our strategy, focusing heavily on modernizing and scaling leadership capabilities across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a senior-level professional with a broad people-strategy toolkit, combined with deep subject matter expertise in creating, scaling, and embedding leadership frameworks. A finance or insurance background is not required; instead, we highly value a background in professional consulting to bring structured frameworks and delivery execution to the team.
Key Responsibilities
-
Program Architecture: Lead the conceptual design, curriculum development, and framework creation for high-impact leadership development initiatives.
-
End-to-End Program Launch: Own the complete lifecycle of leadership development programs, from building assets to regional or global deployment.
-
Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with senior executives to diagnose capability gaps and align learning interventions with strategic organizational objectives.
-
Broad People Strategy: Support secondary organizational design, talent management, and team capability initiatives as needed, leveraging a well-rounded HR/People toolkit.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
-
Deep L&D Mastery: A proven track record specifically focused on successfully designing, building, and launching enterprise-wide leadership development programs.
-
Consulting Background (Strong Plus): Prior experience within a management or specialized people consulting firm is highly desirable for its structured problem-solving, adaptability, and rigorous program management skillset.
-
Senior-Level Gravitas: Experience operating at a senior management or executive tier, with the ability to influence and consult effectively with top-level leadership.
-
Industry Agnostic: Open to all industry backgrounds. Specialized financial services knowledge is not required-we want a human capital expert, not a numbers person.
