I’m supporting a well-established technology company operating in a highly regulated industry, currently making significant investments in AI and machine learning. AI is becoming a core strategic focus across the business.
This is an opportunity to work on production-ready AI solutions that are being rapidly deployed to pilot customers, rather than experimental proof-of-concepts that never leave the lab.
As an AI Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of implementation projects from initial concept through to successful rollout.
YOUR ROLE:
- Managing end-to-end AI implementation projects and ensuring successful delivery
- Acting as the technical point of contact for customers and key stakeholders
- Gathering, analysing and translating customer requirements into clear acceptance criteria
- Evaluating the feasibility and complexity of technical requests
- Managing project backlogs, priorities, timelines and dependencies
- Tracking project progress and coordinating verification and validation activities
- Collaborating closely with product, engineering and commercial teams
- Maintaining comprehensive project and product documentation
- Driving initiatives around intelligent data retrieval, contextual dashboards and automated report generation
- Evaluating and selecting the most suitable AI technologies within a model-agnostic environment
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, Prompt Engineering and AI Agents
- Good knowledge of software systems and IT architectures
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Fluent German and English
