The Opportunity

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards.

• Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact and providing practical insights on accounting and financial reporting matters.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff, supporting their professional growth and progression.

• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements to business processes and financial reporting.

• Work with a diverse client base across multiple industries, offering exposure to a variety of business models, accounting challenges, and technical matters.

• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver a high-quality, client-focused service.

About You

• CPA licensed or actively pursuing licensure.

• 5+ years of public accounting experience, with a strong background in external audit.

• Experience leading engagements and managing client relationships.

• Strong technical accounting knowledge, communication skills, and a commercial mindset.

• A proactive leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and building lasting client relationships.
