Business Analyst – Insurance – Germany – Up to €140,000
I’m currently partnering with one of the world’s leading insurance technology providers as they continue to expand their team across Germany.
They work with many of the country’s largest insurers, helping them modernise their core insurance platforms and deliver large-scale digital transformation programmes. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to hire several German-speaking Business Analysts.

The Role
You’ll work closely with customers, business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements and help deliver modern insurance solutions.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Gathering and analysing business requirements.
- Running workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Producing user stories, process maps and functional documentation.
- Translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Supporting solution design and implementation.
- Leading and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI.
- Working within Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
The role is hybrid, with around 50% travel to customer sites across Germany and the remainder working remotely.
What they’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst.
- A strong background within the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of policy administration, claims, billing, underwriting or other core insurance processes.
- Experience working on insurance technology or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile environments.
- An interest in AI and how it can enhance customer delivery and business processes.
- Fluent German and English.
