About the Opportunity
Our client, a Fortune 500 insurance organization, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their growing Compliance team. This is a fully remote opportunity with a highly stable, employee-focused organization that has built a strong reputation within the insurance industry.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment and has experience supporting insurance licensing, regulatory compliance, and document management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance obligations are met across multiple jurisdictions while partnering with internal teams throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize compliance documentation and regulatory records using document management platforms.
- Track and manage company insurance licenses across multiple states, ensuring timely renewals and ongoing compliance.
- Assist with regulatory filings, including submissions through SERFF for insurance products.
- Respond to compliance-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Draft regulatory correspondence and other compliance-related communications.
- Support reporting, documentation, audits, and administrative compliance initiatives.
- Monitor regulatory deadlines and help ensure filings and licensing requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of compliance experience within a Property & Casualty insurance carrier.
- Experience supporting company licensing, regulatory compliance, or legislative/regulatory affairs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with SERFF filings.
- Experience using SharePoint and/or Files.com.
- Exposure to insurance forms and filing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree.
