Compliance Manager – AML & Data Protection (12 Month FTC)
Oliver James is delighted to partner with a leading global insurer to recruit a specialised Compliance Manager with a strong focus on AML, Data Protection and Financial Crime.
Offered on a 12 month FTC this is a critical role which will work directly with the Head of Compliance to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and drive the data protection and AML agenda.
The Role & Key Responsibilities;
- Policy Management: Develop, maintain and implement up to date compliance, data protection and financial crime policies.
- Regulatory Impact: Assess the potential impact of new regulatory requirements on the business and formulate actionable strategies.
- Strategic Support: Partner directly with the Head of Compliance and wider team to deliver compliance services across the organisation.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of compliance experience within the Financial Services space.
- Qualifications: An LCI qualification is highly preferred.
- Expertise: Deep, working knowledge of Data Protection frameworks and AML regulations within the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
