Cyber Product Development Counsel [Remote]

Our client, a well-established P&C insurance carrier, is seeking an experienced Product Development Attorney to join its product development team supporting Cyber and Professional Liability insurance products. This role is ideal for an insurance attorney with strong experience in policy form development, coverage analysis, and regulatory considerations, who enjoys partnering closely with underwriting, claims, compliance, and actuarial teams to develop competitive and compliant products.

Role & Responsibilities

• Draft and develop Cyber and Professional Liability policy forms and endorsements.
• Provide legal guidance on coverage language, form development, and coverage analysis.
• Partner with Underwriting, Claims, Compliance, and Actuarial on product strategy.
• Support regulatory filings and monitor market and regulatory developments.
• Manage product initiatives from concept through implementation.

Required Experience

• 3-5+ years in insurance product development, underwriting, regulatory legal, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber and Professional Liability products and policy forms.
• Strong collaboration, analytical, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active bar membership in good standing.

• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Details

• Salary: $150,000-$200,000 base + bonus + benefits

• Work Mode: Fully remote [Some travel]
