Data Literacy & Communication Assistant Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Literacy Programs – Design and deliver training to enhance employees’ ability to interpret and use data effectively.

  • Training Delivery – Lead workshops, courses, and sessions, integrating data literacy into professional development.

  • Communication Strategy – Create engaging newsletters, blogs, and presentations to promote data-driven decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and drive adoption.

  • Project Management – Manage data literacy initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

  • Analytics & Reporting – Measure program impact, report outcomes, and recommend improvements.

Minimum Requirement:

  • 5-8 years’ experience in data literacy, training, and communication within a Chief Data Office or Big-4 consulting.

  • Background in financial services or insurance preferred.

  • Strong understanding of data management and its business impact.

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing training programs to improve organisational data maturity.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
