Main Responsibilities:

Data Literacy Programs – Design and deliver training to enhance employees’ ability to interpret and use data effectively.

Training Delivery – Lead workshops, courses, and sessions, integrating data literacy into professional development.

Communication Strategy – Create engaging newsletters, blogs, and presentations to promote data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and drive adoption.

Project Management – Manage data literacy initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Analytics & Reporting – Measure program impact, report outcomes, and recommend improvements.
Minimum Requirement:

5-8 years’ experience in data literacy, training, and communication within a Chief Data Office or Big-4 consulting.

Background in financial services or insurance preferred.

Strong understanding of data management and its business impact.

Proven track record in designing and implementing training programs to improve organisational data maturity.

Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
