Finance Operations Coordinator

Our client, a leading international organisation within the insurance and reinsurance sector, is looking for a Finance Operations Coordinator to join their Paris office on a fixed-term contract.

This role supports underwriting and finance operations, ensuring the accurate processing of policies, accounting activities, and broker communications within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process underwriting submissions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare policy documentation, endorsements and renewal correspondence.
• Liaise with brokers, underwriters and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Support underwriting and reinsurance accounting processes.
• Perform reconciliations and assist with reporting and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Finance and Claims teams to ensure efficient operations.

About You

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in insurance or reinsurance operations and/or accounting.
• Understanding of treaty and facultative reinsurance is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
