Role Summary
The successful hire will sit between Finance, IT, and Operations, helping drive delivery of multiple finance systems and process improvement initiatives. This will include managing timelines, tracking delivery risks, coordinating across stakeholders, and keeping execution on track through to implementation.
Candidates must have worked on projects such as:
- Cash management or treasury system implementations
- Subledger or financial platform rollouts
- Large finance transformation programs (typically $500K-$2M in scale)
- Ceded reinsurance process or workflow implementations
- Broader financial operations / accounting systems change initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Around 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong exposure to financial systems or finance operations change projects
- Insurance / reinsurance or broader financial services experience preferred
- Consulting background is fine if it includes relevant delivery work
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and technical/finance teams
- Strong communication and delivery focus (not just governance / reporting PMO roles)
Compensation
- $90,000 – $120,000 base
