A leading international offshore law firm is seeking an experienced Intapp Intake Cloud Developer to take ownership of its existing Intapp environment.
You will join a forward-thinking Business Solutions team and play a key role in developing, enhancing and continuously improving a business-critical platform.
This is more than a BAU support position. You will advise stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, recommend effective solutions and constructively challenge vendors where appropriate.
Key responsibilities

Take day-to-day ownership of Intapp Intake Cloud.

Develop, configure and enhance the existing Intapp platform.

Improve workflows, functionality and user experience.

Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Support the continued development of the firm’s Intapp roadmap.

Deliver platform enhancements and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Work closely with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business.

Manage relationships with Intapp and other external suppliers.

Challenge vendor recommendations and propose alternative solutions.

Support integrations with other legal and business systems.

Ensure enhancements deliver measurable business value and efficiency.
Essential experience

A minimum of three years’ relevant experience.

Strong hands-on Intapp development and configuration experience.

Proven experience working with Intapp Intake Cloud or Intapp Open Cloud.

Experience supporting and enhancing an established Intapp implementation following go-live.

Previous experience within a law firm or corporate-services organisation.

Experience configuring workflows, forms, rules or system enhancements.

The ability to take genuine ownership of a product and drive continuous improvement.

Strong stakeholder-management, problem-solving and communication skills.

Confidence advising the business and constructively challenging vendors.
Experience limited solely to an on-premise Intapp environment will not be sufficient.

Location and travel
This is a fully remote position, and candidates may be based anywhere in the UK.
Some travel is encouraged during the initial onboarding period. Thereafter, anticipated attendance is approximately three days every six weeks, primarily in Southampton, with occasional travel to Jersey to meet key stakeholders.
