Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Deliver financial analysis and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with senior business leaders to improve financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and performance reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting, and planning capabilities.
- Influence stakeholders across the business and act as a trusted strategic finance partner.
Requirements:
- CPA qualified.
- Previous Big 4 / public accounting external audit experience.
- Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance.
- Insurance industry experience is highly desirable.
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience operating in a senior individual contributor role, providing leadership through expertise rather than direct people management.
