We are currently recruiting for an experienced Systems Engineer to join a technical engineering team working on complex, end-to-end systems and solutions. The role will involve designing and maintaining system architectures across software, hardware, networking and infrastructure, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring successful integration across multiple systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end system architectures and technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical and system requirements.
- Define system interfaces, data flows and communication structures.
- Integrate software, hardware, network and infrastructure components.
- Evaluate technologies and make architectural recommendations.
- Define requirements around performance, scalability, reliability and usability.
- Develop system validation, testing and verification strategies.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Establish and maintain engineering standards and architectural best practices.
- Support implementation, integration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineering, project management and operational teams.
About You
- Several years’ experience in Systems Engineering, Solution Architecture or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and system design.
- Experience integrating hardware and software within complex technical environments.
- Experience with system testing, validation and verification.
- Comfortable working across complex IT, infrastructure or embedded environments.
- Fluent English – written and spoken.
- German highly desirable.
- French advantageous.
