You will lead large-scale transformation programs focused on IT simplification and AS400 carve-out, manage interdependencies, risks, and delivery across multiple projects, and coach and develop a transformation lead while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

You have solid experience in program management within complex IT environments, strong stakeholder management skills up to C-level, and a structured, results-driven mindset with the ability to navigate transformation and ambiguity.
