Role & Responsibilities

- Drive continuous process improvements and integrate best practices in automation, system reliability, and efficiency to achieve a scalable and highly available service environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, fostering innovation and establishing timelines for the completion of projects.
- Maintain budgetary oversight and optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and maintain high standards of service quality and reliability.
