PMO Analyst

Title: PMO Analyst

Duration: 6 Month Daily Rate Contract – View To Extend

Daily Rate: €300 – €350 per day

Location: Dublin

Working patterns: 2-3 days on-site per week

Role Overview

The PMO Analyst will support the PMO Lead and Programme Management team with programme coordination, governance, reporting, financial tracking and delivery oversight.

The role will ensure programme information is accurate, up to date and readily available to support effective decision-making across risks, issues, dependencies, finances, resources and delivery progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and programme trackers.
  • Coordinate programme reporting, management information and reporting packs.
  • Maintain programme documentation, RAID logs, actions, dependencies and decision records.
  • Support budget tracking, forecasting, invoices, accruals, resource costs and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes, actions and decision logs.
  • Support change control and monitor change requests through the appropriate approval process.
  • Assist with resource administration, including onboarding, offboarding, timesheets and supplier engagement.
  • Provide analysis and general PMO support to the Programme Management team.
  • Provide continuity and cover for key PMO activities when required.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in a PMO, project support or programme delivery role essential.
  • Understanding of project and programme governance, reporting, RAID, dependencies and change control.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams and project management tools such as MS Project or Planner is advantageous.
  • Exposure to financial tracking, resource reporting or supplier management is beneficial.
