Program Manager Data Management & Regulatory at a Large Corporate Bank in the Netherlands

In the quest for excellence, our client is seeking to appoint a highly skilled Program Manager, Data Management with a specialization in BCBS239 projects. This dynamic, contract position offers a unique opportunity to lead transformative initiatives within a complex and fast-paced business environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of program and projects to ensure adherence to the Banking Committee on Banking Supervision’s standard number 239 (BCBS239).
• Facilitate the coordination of efforts across multiple IT and business change teams to ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect program scope, quality, and schedule.
• Monitor progress, performance, and quality metrics to ensure compliance with both internal standards and external regulations.
• Communicate consistently with stakeholders about project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Engage and negotiate with suppliers and external partners, where required, to meet program goals.

Key Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager in Information Technology Change and Business Change within the financial sector.
• In-depth knowledge and application experience of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) standards, particularly BCBS239.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Superior stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving needs.
