Seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading insurance firm and lead strategic new product launch initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, stakeholder-focused PM who can confidently engage senior management, drive project outcomes, and navigate complex cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive end-to-end delivery of insurance-related projects, with a focus on new product launches.

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, budget, and success metrics.

  • Build strong relationships across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.

  • Facilitate executive-level discussions and steering committee meetings.

  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop mitigation plans proactively.

  • Gather, validate, and consolidate information from various counterparts to provide clear recommendations and project updates.

  • Prepare management presentations and project status reports for senior leadership.

  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within the insurance industry.

  • Demonstrated experience managing large stakeholder groups and engaging with senior management and executives.

  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive progress in complex environments.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently, challenge assumptions, and proactively identify opportunities and risks.

  • Experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, governance, and risk management.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is proactive, resilient, and able to push initiatives forward.

  • Takes ownership rather than simply following established processes.

  • Quickly understands the business problem a project is solving and defines clear success measures.

  • Builds effective stakeholder relationships and gains alignment across diverse teams.

  • Can confidently present insights, recommendations, and project status to senior leadership.
