Head of FP&A | Insurance

We are partnering with an established insurer on a senior finance opportunity supporting its consumer insurance business across the region.
Based in Singapore, you will work closely with business leaders and country teams to guide financial planning, evaluate business performance and support commercial decisions. This role offers the opportunity to influence business priorities and contribute to profitable growth across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the relevant business lines and markets.

Analyse business performance and profitability, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities.

Partner with business leaders to review results, challenge assumptions and recommend actions to improve financial performance.

Provide commercial insight into business-line performance, distribution channels and growth opportunities.

Work closely with country finance teams to align business plans, understand performance variances and support delivery against financial objectives.

Present clear financial analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders, connecting financial results with business priorities.

Build effective working relationships across business, distribution and country teams to support informed decision-making.
Skills and Experience

A strong track record in senior insurance finance roles, particularly FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering.

Experience supporting insurance business lines, with consumer insurance or general insurance exposure particularly relevant.

Strong understanding of insurance P&L performance, profitability drivers and distribution models.

Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders, challenge assumptions constructively and influence commercial decisions.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial information into practical business recommendations.

Regional experience working across multiple markets and with country stakeholders would be advantageous.

A hands-on approach, sound commercial judgement and the ability to operate independently.
