We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Resource PMO to support the establishment and scaling of a large Global Capability Centre (GCC) / Centre of Excellence (COE). This role will coordinate transition activities, resource planning, onboarding initiatives, and programme governance to ensure the successful migration of business functions into the GCC.
The ideal candidate will have experience in PMO, shared services, migration, workforce planning, or transformation programmes, with a strong ability to manage stakeholders and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end delivery of GCC transition and onboarding initiatives.
* Coordinate resource planning, hiring activities, onboarding, and workforce tracking across multiple business functions.
* Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
* Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders, Talent Acquisition, HR, and operational teams.
* Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular reporting on programme progress and resource status.
* Support process migration activities, including knowledge transfer, transition readiness, and post-transition stabilisation.
* Track key programme metrics and identify potential bottlenecks or areas requiring escalation.
* Drive continuous improvement in PMO processes, reporting standards, and transition methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
* 8-12 years’ experience in PMO, project resourcing coordination, workforce planning, shared services, or transformation programmes.
* Experience supporting migration, transition, COE/GCC setup, or large-scale organisational growth initiatives is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously.
