We’re hiring a Senior Associate or Associate Principal in Hong Kong, the level will depend on experience and calibre. This is a 270 role: delivery and market-facing work without a formal BD target, but with real scope to develop leads through your own client and candidate relationships.
The mandates you work on will span multiple functional areas, sectors and geographies rather than one fixed specialism. You’ll often be the first point of contact for senior candidates, including C-suite, so credibility and presence in those conversations matter as much as research and process discipline.
What you’ll do
- Manage candidates across live mandates from first approach to offer
- Act as a credible first point of contact for senior and C-suite candidates
- Build market maps across functions, sectors and geographies
- Identify and build long-term relationships with senior passive candidates
What we’re looking for
- Strong recruitment ability, ideally built at a search firm
- Comfortable and credible in front of senior stakeholders
- Strong academic background, reflecting high learning ability
- Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented, flexible and hardworking across varied work
