We are looking for a Senior BI Developer to develop, optimise and maintain reporting solutions. You will work closely with Data Engineers, Data Analysts and business stakeholders to make data accessible, reliable and valuable for decision-making.
What will you do?

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.

Translate business requirements into effective BI solutions.

Model and transform data for reporting purposes.

Develop and optimise data models and DAX measures.

Write and optimise SQL queries.

Improve dashboard performance and usability.

Validate data and ensure the quality and consistency of reports.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.

Promote self-service BI and data-driven decision-making.

Contribute to BI standards and best practices.
What are we looking for?

At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or BI Development.

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.

Advanced SQL skills.

Experience with DAX and data modelling.

Experience with data warehouses and relational databases.

Ability to translate technical data into clear business insights.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile and multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to have

Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or Microsoft Fabric.

Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes.
