Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Data & AI initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of AI use cases and digital data analytics transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis capabilities with experience in data, analytics, and AI-driven projects, with the ability to support delivery.

The role will report into a Programme Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for Data & AI use cases (e.g., analytics dashboards, machine learning models, AI and automation solutions).
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the design and validation of data models, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Coordinate delivery activities in collaboration with the Project Manager, including: ◦ Tracking progress and dependencies ◦ Managing risks, issues, and escalations ◦ Facilitating sprint ceremonies or workshops where required
- Conduct UAT planning, execution, and sign-off coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across regional teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes using data and AI-driven insights.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital, data, or transformation and AI programs
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation
- Demonstrated experience delivering operating model design or transformation initiatives
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum or hybrid delivery environments
- Ability to work across both business and technical teams
Preferred
- Experience delivering AI / Machine Learning or Data Analytics initiatives
- Familiarity with: ◦ Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) ◦ Data concepts (data modeling, ETL, data pipelines)
- Exposure to AI use cases (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, recommendation systems)
- Experience supporting or coordinating project delivery
