Data Scientist – AI & Machine Learning

One of our established clients is looking for a Data Scientist to join their Innovation team.

You will work with complex datasets, developing machine learning models and AI-powered solutions to turn raw data into meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain real-time and batch data pipelines.

• Clean, structure and analyse complex datasets.

• Develop, evaluate and improve machine learning models.

• Develop AI-powered applications, including generative AI, LLM-based solutions and agentic systems.

• Build analytics solutions and visualisations to deliver actionable insights.

• Ensure data quality through testing and validation.

• Deploy, monitor and maintain ML models in production.

• Collaborate with engineering teams and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.

• Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning.

• Solid Python skills; SQL, C++ or C# are advantageous.

• Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning.

• Experience with LLMs, generative AI or agentic systems.

• Knowledge of data visualisation, pipelines and model deployment.

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.

• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
