This is a senior, client-facing opportunity for an experienced fund accounting professional looking to manage complex fund structures, oversee key deliverables, and lead high-performing teams within a fast-paced private markets environment.
Detailed Job Description
- Oversee fund accounting operations across multiple venture capital and hybrid investment vehicles
- Manage quarterly closes, capital calls, distributions, NAV reporting, and investor allocations
- Review waterfalls, management fee calculations, and carried interest allocations
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, auditors, and external stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop fund accounting teams
- Support fund launches, SPVs, and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting and investor deliverables
Skills and Expereince
- 7+ years of private markets fund accounting experience
- Strong background in private equity, venture capital, or fund administration
- Experience managing complex fund structures and investor reporting processes
- Strong technical knowledge of fund accounting, allocations, and partnership accounting
- Previous team leadership and client management experience
- CPA preferred
