I’m currently looking for a Senior Manager, Actuarial to join an international actuarial team with regional exposure across Spain and Brazil.
This is a strategic role within the actuarial function, focused on supporting business growth, protecting policyholders, and driving value creation through actuarial insight and oversight.
Key responsibilities include:
- Product pricing & reinsurance review
- Capital management & solvency analysis
- Actuarial methodology and model oversight
- Asset Liability Management (ALM)
- IFRS17 / USGAAP analysis and other strategic actuarial projects
The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across Actuarial, Finance, Risk and Business teams at both regional and local levels.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified or nearly qualified actuary
- 10+ years of experience within Life Insurance actuarial functions
- Strong understanding of capital regimes, reporting standards and actuarial management cycle
- Experience with pricing, underwriting risk, assumptions setting and balance sheet management
- Fluent English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese are a strong plus
