Leveraging an extensive distribution network, the company serves a broad customer base through bancassurance, financial planning, and digital channels, offering a comprehensive range of protection, savings, health, and wealth management solutions.
- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, that align with market insights and Product Steering Committee governance.
- Partner with distribution channels to gather and validate product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs, channel capabilities, and business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product implementation work group on the requirements across actuarial, operational, system, and risk dimensions.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, policy contracts, illustrations, approval templates, and product manuals.
- Support post-launch product maintenance (Day 2 readiness), including issue resolution, enhancements, and change assessments.
- Stay abreast of competitors’ movement, industry trends and regulatory changes, and facilitate commercialization of necessary changes to ensure adherence to internal and external risk-based diligence.
