Product Manager (Digital Experience)

Contract | 2 year program | Remote

We’re currently partnering with a leading life insurance organization on their search for a Senior Product Manager to support a major digital marketing transformation. This role sits at the center of a strategic programme to modernize the organization’s partner-facing digital ecosystem, leading product delivery across a new Optimizely platform and driving execution alongside Marketing, Technology, and Engineering teams.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work across Product, Marketing, Technology, and Delivery teams to ensure strategic priorities are translated into well-defined product initiatives that deliver real value to both the business and its partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product strategy and execution for a new digital experience platform implementation.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business value, customer outcomes, and measurable success metrics.
  • Challenge stakeholders to ensure work is aligned to strategic objectives rather than simply responding to requests.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Technology, and business leaders to balance competing priorities and maximize value delivery.
  • Ensure a strong product operating model with clear ownership, governance, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Support the adoption of AI-enabled content creation and work closely with marketing teams to maximize digital engagement.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager leading digital products or customer experience platforms.
  • Strong background delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives within large enterprise environments.
  • Experience defining product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and value-based delivery.
  • Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and challenging priorities where necessary.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog management, and PI planning.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within Life Insurance or Financial Services.
  • Familiarity with Optimizely or other Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs).
  • Experience partnering with Marketing and Digital teams.
  • Exposure to AI-driven content creation or digital marketing technologies.
