Senior SAP EAM/PM Business Consultant – Bern / Hybrid
We’re looking for a Senior SAP EAM/PM Business Consultant to join a major Swiss organisation and support a number of important maintenance and asset management projects.
You’ll sit between the business and IT, translating maintenance requirements into practical solutions within an S/4HANA environment. With several projects moving into design, Fit/Gap and specification, this is an opportunity to have genuine influence over the solutions being delivered.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Gather, structure and prioritise business requirements
- Support requirements workshops with business stakeholders
- Translate requirements into S/4HANA solutions
- Analyse Fit/Gap scenarios and advise on standard vs. custom solutions
- Bridge the gap between Business Analysts and IT
- Support specifications, testing and implementation
- Advise on SAP EAM best practices and solution options
Ideal Background and Experience:
- Strong experience with SAP PM / SAP EAM
- Excellent understanding of maintenance processes and Asset Lifecycle Management
- Experience with S/4HANA Fit/Gap
- Strong Requirements Engineering experience
- Experience with API integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic, independent approach
- SSAM experience highly desirable
- Scrum/SAFe and French/English advantageous
