Solution Architect – Critical project – Long term

You will be at the forefront of key initiatives, including cloud migration and ensuring high availability of our systems. Your ability to balance diverse stakeholder requirements, foster collaboration, and drive consensus will be instrumental in shaping our IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient IT solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, participants, and technical teams to gather requirements and align them with business goals.
- Lead the migration to cloud environments, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
- Design and implement high-availability architectures to support critical business functions.
- Facilitate decision-making processes to find mutually beneficial solutions among different actors.
- Provide architectural guidance on technology choices, design patterns, and best practices.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery.

- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud projects (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Deep understanding of high-availability solutions and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance conflicting requirements and drive consensus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
