  • Work with Product, Engineering, Sales and Delivery teams to support API-led integrations and connected technology solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve provider-payer connectivity and streamline dental practice operations.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activity and emerging partnership opportunities.
  • Represent the business in external meetings, industry events and partner discussions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least four years in strategic partnerships, business development or a related role.
  • Experience working with dental technology vendors, practice management software providers or wider healthcare technology organisations.
  • Understanding of dental practice operations, dental workflows and the provider-payer ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to build and manage senior-level external relationships.
  • Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts and integration requirements into clear commercial opportunities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and operational teams.

We are prioritising candidates based at one of our flagship locations in San Francisco, CA; Alpharetta, GA; or Camp Hill, PA, with the expectation of a regular office presence. The specific in-office schedule will be discussed during the process.

We’re also open to considering candidates based in other locations where there is a strong fit and the right working arrangements can be agreed.

  • 401(k) retirement plan.
