What You’ll Do

Lead the review and approval of complex corporate, partnership, and individual tax engagements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive tax planning and strategic guidance.
Build and strengthen long-term client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals, helping drive team success.
Collaborate with audit and advisory teams on integrated client solutions.
Represent clients before taxing authorities when needed.
Stay ahead of changing tax legislation and advise clients on emerging opportunities and risks.
Play an active role in business development, networking, and expanding the firm’s presence in the market.

What We’re Looking For

CPA in good standing.
7-10+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
Strong background in corporate taxation and tax provisions.
Experience representing clients before federal and/or state taxing authorities.
Proven leadership experience managing and developing tax professionals.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation preferred).
Excellent communication, client management, and business development skills.
