Tax Manager (Europe) London | Finance | Oliver James
Oliver James is recruiting a Tax Manager to join a global reinsurance business in London. The role offers a £95,000 salary, a 15% bonus and a 14% employer pension contribution.
It’s a hybrid position, with four days per week in the central London office. The focus is corporation tax compliance and reporting, alongside tax provisions and tax accounting across European entities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering corporation tax compliance and reporting across the business’s European entities.
- Handling tax provisions and tax accounting for those entities.
What We’re Looking For
- ACA, CTA, ACCA or an equivalent qualification.
- At least five years’ tax experience.
- Insurance or reinsurance experience. This is essential for the role, and only applications with insurance experience will be considered.
- Experience with UK and/or US GAAP tax provisions.
- Strong experience across corporation tax compliance and reporting.
- Experience with deferred tax and tax disclosures.
- Strong knowledge of UK and European tax.
