The firm combines the technical resources of a larger organization with the collaborative culture and career progression typically found in a boutique environment.

You’ll work alongside experienced Partners and Managers, advise a diverse client portfolio, mentor junior staff, and gain exposure to increasingly complex tax matters-all while building a clear path toward Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Tax Senior, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while developing the next generation of accounting professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing complex federal and state tax returns

  • Managing multiple client engagements and ensuring deadlines are consistently met

  • Identifying proactive tax planning opportunities and presenting ideas to senior leadership

  • Supporting tax research and resolving technical tax matters

  • Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing the work of Staff Accountants

  • Working closely with Managers and Partners to deliver outstanding client service

  • Preparing client correspondence and contributing to management recommendations

  • Assisting with more complex tax projects, including business restructures and entity changes


What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s technically strong, eager to learn, and enjoys building lasting client relationships.

You’ll ideally have:

  • 3-5 years of public accounting tax experience

  • Experience preparing and reviewing complex business and individual tax returns

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting

  • CPA licence, or active progress toward obtaining your CPA

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • A collaborative mindset with experience mentoring junior team members

Compensation
