Overview:
Our client is embarking on a major enterprise transformation program following the integration of a recently acquired business. The initiative brings together multiple business units, technology teams, and strategic partners to deliver a critical migration program that will shape the future of their operations.
This is not a traditional project management role focused solely on plans and reporting. This person will be instrumental in driving alignment across teams, surfacing risks early, and maintaining delivery momentum throughout a complex transformation involving systems, processes, and organizational change.
The Opportunity:
The environment is highly collaborative and fast-paced, requiring someone who can comfortably switch between executive discussions, delivery workshops, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement.
Success in this role will come from your ability to connect teams, simplify complexity, and create confidence across the program by providing clear direction, visibility, and governance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in bringing structure, alignment, and momentum to a complex enterprise transformation program. You will:
- Drive successful program delivery by owning the integrated roadmap, ensuring teams remain aligned and key milestones are achieved.
- Create visibility and control across the transformation through strong governance, RAID management, executive reporting, and decision tracking.
- Identify and remove delivery risks early, managing dependencies, blockers, and escalations before they impact outcomes.
- Bring together cross-functional teams across business, engineering, architecture, testing, product, and third-party partners to deliver against a shared vision.
- Create structure across complexity, ensuring accountability, transparency, and effective communication across multiple workstreams.
- Support end-to-end migration execution, from planning and readiness through to implementation and stabilization.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a delivery leader who can operate effectively in complex enterprise environments and bring confidence to large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation, migration, or modernization program’s where multiple teams and dependencies need to be coordinated.
- A proven ability to operate across business and technology functions, bringing stakeholders together and driving successful outcomes.
- Strong program governance experience, including executive reporting, RAID management, dependency tracking, and risk management.
- Experience partnering with third-party vendors and delivery teams to keep complex initiatives moving forward.
- Background within Insurance, Benefits, Financial Services, or another highly regulated industry is highly desirable.
- Exposure to Majesco or similar enterprise platforms would be beneficial.
