Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager – Enterprise Transformation (Remote Contract)
We’re partnering with a leading Life Insurance organization that’s delivering a number of large-scale transformation initiatives and is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager to help drive delivery across complex, business-critical programmes.
This isn’t a traditional delivery role. We’re looking for someone who can step into programmes that need direction, bring structure where there’s ambiguity, and keep delivery on track across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Working across Business, Technology, Engineering, and third-party partners, you’ll own delivery at the project level, driving governance, managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and ensuring key milestones are met.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading delivery across complex transformation and migration programmes.

Driving dependency management, governance, and project controls across multiple workstreams.

Managing programme risks, resolving delivery issues, and keeping projects aligned to critical timelines.

Leading release orchestration and cutover planning for large-scale implementations.

Holding stakeholders accountable, driving decisions, and creating alignment where priorities conflict.

Providing clear delivery reporting, escalating risks where appropriate, and ensuring commitments are met.

Bringing structure and leadership to programmes that require recovery or stronger delivery governance.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in Project Management and Technical Delivery, ideally with experience recovering or stabilizing large-scale transformation programmes.
You’ll be confident managing complex stakeholder environments, driving accountability across senior business and technology teams, and ensuring projects deliver against fixed business deadlines. Previous experience within the Insurance industry, particularly Life Insurance, or another highly regulated industry such as Financial Services would be highly beneficial.
