Virtual Auto Claims Appraiser

We’re partnering with a leading insurance technology company that is looking to add experienced Auto Appraisers to its growing remote team.

If you have experience writing estimates, negotiating with repair facilities, and handling high-volume auto physical damage claims, this could be a great opportunity to take the next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate repair estimates and supplements with body shops
• Write and review estimates using CCC One
• Manage a high-volume desk handling approximately 10-13 claims per day
• Investigate discrepancies and make sound technical decisions
• Maintain accurate claim documentation while delivering excellent customer service

  What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of auto physical damage claims, auto estimating, or collision repair experience
• Strong experience using CCC One
• Background with an insurance carrier, independent appraisal firm, or collision repair facility
• Knowledge of direct repair programs (DRPs)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  What’s Offered:

• Fully remote position in the US – cannot consider candidates located in various states such as NY, CA, IL
• Base salary up to $72,000 plus quarterly performance bonuses
