Senior Business Analyst | London (Hybrid) | Up to £110,000
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global insurance business for a Senior Business Analyst to join their growing change function in London.
This is a broad, strategic BA role focused on improving how the business operates and how customers and colleagues experience its services. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and translate strategic objectives into practical, deliverable change.
The role will involve:
* Understanding, shaping and driving strategic change initiatives from discovery through to implementation
* Mapping customer and colleague journeys, processes and operating models
* Identifying pain points, root causes and opportunities for improvement
* Using data and insight to support evidence-based decision making
* Developing future-state journeys, service blueprints and business requirements
* Working closely with technology, operations and design teams to shape solutions
* Facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders
* Supporting UAT, implementation and wider change activity
We’re particularly interested in candidates who can combine strong traditional BA skills with service design, process improvement and data analysis, and who are comfortable operating at a strategic level while still getting into the detail.
Location: London, hybrid
Salary: Up to £110,000 + bonus
