Senior Counsel – M&A
Senior in-house counsel role supporting M&A and strategic transactions for a large, regulated financial services company.
Responsibilities
- Lead legal aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, and investments.
- Draft/negotiate NDAs, LOIs, SPAs, APAs, and related documents.
- Manage due diligence, regulatory approvals, and external counsel.
- Advise senior leadership on deal structure, risks, and execution.
- Support post-acquisition integration.
Requirements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong M&A and transactional experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
Details
- Hybrid, 3 days/week in office.
- 220K base + potential bonus.
