You’ll work with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, partnerships and privately owned businesses, providing technical expertise while building lasting client relationships. Every day brings something different, from advising clients on complex tax matters to helping develop junior team members and contributing to sophisticated planning strategies.

Your responsibilities

• Review partnership, individual and trust tax returns, including complex multi-state filings.

• Develop proactive tax planning strategies for high-net-worth clients.

• Research technical tax issues and provide practical recommendations.

• Respond to federal and state tax notices and support client audits.

• Mentor and develop tax professionals across the team.

• Build strong relationships with clients while working closely with Partners.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver exceptional client service.

What you’ll bring

• CPA or Enrolled Agent.

• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience.

• Experience reviewing complex individual, partnership, estate and trust tax returns.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

• Strong technical tax knowledge and research skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Passion for delivering exceptional client service.
