Team Lead – Microsoft & Windows Infrastructure – Zurich (Hybrid)

We’ve partnered with a well-established Swiss organisation to hire a Team Lead – Microsoft & Windows Infrastructure. This role is suited to an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys leading technical teams while remaining close to the technology, helping to develop and operate a modern Microsoft environment.
What you’ll do
- Lead a team responsible for the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft infrastructure services.
- Oversee Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud services, endpoint technologies, and identity platforms.
- Ensure the stability, security, and performance of business-critical infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership on infrastructure projects, platform upgrades, and operational improvements.
- Support and mentor engineers, coordinate team priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
- Contribute to operational planning, service delivery, and resource management.
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with Microsoft infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
- Knowledge of modern Identity & Access Management technologies such as Entra ID or similar solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent German and good English.
